hello colleagues,

got a crazy one here. in cm3, it became possible to play music-on-hold off announcement board. it is defined as an announcement of integr-mus type and plays okay. but there's a little catch, as it appeared: after an agent puts a call on hold, cm sends a delivered event with music-on-hold announcement number. now, cls doesn't monitor moh announcement extension, because it can't -- there's no "announcement" type in aes device types and adding this extension as "phone" or "vdn" or even "acd" didn't give any success -- and so it says that a call is connected between two unmonitored devices, ending call record.
truth to say, i'm outta ideas. i've spent two weeks playing around trying to make cls filter out these events, but to no avail. i tried to setup events filtering, rejected devices list and so on -- nothing. cls ignores these lists and continues to receive (and process) these nutty moh delivered events.
unfortunately, we have no possibility of using legacy moh source off analog board (different reasons) so we have to do something to this cti issue.
any thoughts?

The Avaya CM patch 00.1.346.0-12555 can solved this issues. You can't find this patch on Avaya support. This patch is provided by their Tier III engineer.....
