CLS 8.8 with CT CONNECT

I have a 8.8 CLS with integration to Avaya G3 via a CT Connect server. We recently moved the CT Connect server and now the Link status on the link says "starting". I can ping the MAPD card on the switch.
 
What's the status of the MAPD?

Been several years since I've worked with CT Connect but sounds like it's not connecting to the MAPD. Can you reset the MAPD without affecting anything else?
 
Rebooted the Mapd, rather than a restart. Link status is now "ON"
