Closing Great Plains on Windows ME Machine 1

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knew why Great Plains 6.0 will not close on a machine running Windows ME. It worked fine for awhile, and now will not close and we have to kick that user out each day.

It sounds like a problem with the PC not with Great Plains. If you want to fix this the least invasive thing to do would be to reinstall great plains on that work station. If that didn't work it would confirm that it was a problem with the PC and you may need to rebuild it.

I did try the reinstall of Great Plains and that did not solve the problem. We ended up doing some updates and that has resolved the issue!
