I have a customer with a 3300 and enterprise manager and nupoint 12. If the Auto Attendant is on nupoint, does anyone have any ideas for automatically being closed every other saturday?

Right now the Im pretty sure none of the mitel products can do this but I did find a tool out on the internet that records screen movements, later on you can replay those movements. So I was thinking of recording myself logging into the 3300 and putting the system in night mode using a maintenance command. I could use windows task scheduler to play the macro on a schedule. This solution is obviously as ugly a the chick you take home after slammin 20 beers but it would probably still get the job done, but prettier suggestions are definately welcome.

Are we just talking about night service here or is there something more specific in the Nupoint scheduling?

Does Eman also have OPS enabled?

If just night service and OPS enabled, then use the night service scheduling in OPS.

If more complicated, then provide more details.

One thing to consider with the macro playback is latency. Make sure that you make significant pauses before each action to allow for page loads etc. Since you're dealing with browser interfaces as well you need to make sure that no one changes the default window size, or screen resolution for that matter. I may be wrong, but I would think that they only know where to click, not what they are clicking.

if using nupoint at your front end you can create a shedule in nupoint

Yes, I agree with Mitelmatt, when you create a schedule in nupoint say for Monday to Saturday open, then on your Holiday Schedule, input the dates of the Saturdays you are closed.

Hi guys, Along the same lines, is there an easy way to night service Nupoint when the 3300 is put in to either n1 or n2.

In other words dispense with the scheduling in nupoint and have it follow the 3300?

I have no Eman or OPS.
