Close window if not on top

I would like to have a window close if it's not the window that's on top. So if I have a popup window open up and the user clicks away from that window, I want it to close automatically. Can someone assist me in getting that done using vbscript? Please let me know...

This doesnt work actually.... I tried it but the window still remains open even when it's not in focus anymore
