Is there a way to have a database close when it has been idle for longer than 30 minutes?

would like a warning box to come up saying something like
This database has been idle for 30 minutes, if you would like to keep it open, click whatever.... have that box have a timer thing on it that counts down from 20 seconds.. if they haven't clicked ok before the timer gets to 0, then have the database close, saving any changes.

is that possible?

Thanks for your help.
