I have a command button that runs a query in datasheet (list) view. I need this view for the user to see all records generated by this query. Is it possible to add a close button to this view instead of having the user click on the 'X'? If not, is it possible to create a form that lists all records generated by this query?

Thanks very much any assistance.

Thanks PHV! That's not exactly what I was looking for, however, you were a big help because it opens other possibilities.

I love this site.

You can insert query as subform as datasheetview on an unbound form. Then you can have buttons on the main form.
