Close button in Excel grayed out.

Anyone ever see this before? It's in Win2K, the close button is grayed out and this is only in Excel. Uninstalling and reinstall Office, or running the repair option does not fix this. It's the "X" box to close the application.

I am baffled.

This is an install from a ghost image and appears on all machines. I'm thinking it is a Windows issue.

Help would be greatly appreciated.
