We've run into a show stopper situation with cloning Windows 2000.
We are installing several programs on a master machine and then cloning it with Ghost 7.0. Some of the programs include the complete Office 2000 package, Novell NW Client 4.8, WinZip, Norton Speed Disk, Smart Term and a few others.
When we log on as administrator or someone with admin privilages everything is ok. But when we setup and log on as a normal user, we can not save any office files that the user has created or modified. also when setting up an outlook account the machine asks if you want outlook to be your default email program etc and you respond yes - each time you reopen outlook it asks the wame question.
This seems like a protected storage issue that only occurs at the user level. As you can see this is a show stopper issue in reguards to our being able to clone with Windows 2000, after all what good is a machine if the user can not save his files - or when he trys to save a file it comes up with "cannot save this file, the folder is marked as read only"

Hacking the regisrty is not an option in this case as we are trying to clone several hundred machines..
Any help would really be appreciated.
