I have lots of machines to be upgraded with new HDDs. Timing is critical. Production/hospital environment. Original hard drives contain about 40 partitions each (dunno why). I need a program besides ghost or driveimage, that will clone those HDDs very fast and efficient. Recommendations?

I already looked at HDClone and PC Inspector Clone Maxx, and I think these 2 are the best looking so far. Besides hardware cloning solutions which cost a lot of money $3000+

I forgot to mention that although I like that software and I use on regular basis, it doesn't work in this situation.

Actually, we've successfuly tested PC Inspector Clone Maxx (by Convar), it did a 40gig drive with 44 (real and virtual) partitions in 20 minutes. Quite impressive!
