Cloning/Copying a Gues OSS System

Hello All

First let me explaing my idea

I want to do a Windows 2003 Exchange Cluster..

Usually we need a Storage to do this on ESX Server but Windows 2003 has a option to create a local Quorum disk on C Drive

Continuing ... I wanna to install a windows 2003 exchange guest operation system..... It's possible after the first windows 2003 exchange installation copying or clonning this system using esx server
Is that option available... this would make my life easier...
