I have one jukebox/autochanger device for backing up to tapes/volumes. I want to create duplicate copy of these volumes(having oracle backups), how do I achieve this??

With one tape drive it is diffucult, but it can be done if you have free disk space, and it will take time....

On disk create a directory call it data, (i.e. d:\data for NT)

label it as a clone pool and clone the savesets to disk.

after the clone to disk is completed, set up a stage to move the data to tape.

This will take some time but it can be done, also you could backup directly to disk, and clone to tape then stage to tape this would save some time, but you have to have plenty of free disk space
