Clone retention and index retention

Is it possible to change the retention period on a clone?
And can I do it automaticly?

How come my index retention for a client, with a one month browse/retention period, is set to the retention period of the server not the client?
The server has a 6 months browse policy and 1 year retention, and all the indexes for this one client get the servers retention?

Not too clear on what you are asking. Are you saying that your original client save set has a 1month/1month policy, but the cloned copy has 6month/1year?

Whoops, sorry, it's actually two questions.

1. How do I change retention periods for clones?

2. How come clientindex retention is the same as the servers retention not the clients, and how do I change it?
