Is it possible in a 2xT-1 PPP multilink to use different clock settings on the two T-1's. One is set-up as internal and that link is up and running. I have tried to issue the following command when configuring the second interface: service-module t1 clock source line and it accepts command but never becomes part of the running config and the line stays in a loopback state. First question, is this clocking set-up acceptable and second question is if so what am I doing wrong. Thank you.

If you have the 2 T1s in the same group you should use the same clock. Clocking the line is the safest bet.
