I am trying to make a classic pocket watch, I am not good at the formula stuff, anyone know a formula i can use to tell the differnet hands how to rotate? like the hour hand minute hand and second hand.. its not showing actual time i just need it to look realistic

if you do not need it to tell the actual time then is there a reason why you can not make it rotate by tweening it?

i included the fla in the zip-file. in fact you could just exchange the images by yours, the code works. i did this to make a screensaver so the watch jumps around the screen, just delete the script on the clip of the watch and it will hold its position.

i forgot to say... the file gets the system time of the user's local machine and displays it by converting the hours, minutes and seconds into a rotation. if you do not want to make it show the real time you'll have to program some sort of timer to replace the effect but i guess real time is ok, right? ;-) regards
