Hi All,

Simple question. I have a Mitel 3300 ICP VoIP system. The clock seems to lose about 1 minute evry two weeks. Any way tobmake it use NTP to sync with my time server?

Sadly, no. The only way to get time synching on the 3300 is by using OPSMan, which, if you don't have it is too expensive to buy for time synching.

Opsman will sync a 3300. There were some loads like 6.6 and 6.8 that didn't work, but that is all fixed in 6.9. We use it in our office and works fine. The only gotcha is that the 3300 will not sync on a sunday! Must need a day off or something.

Really? Will have to check in to that, last time I saw an Ops platform it was a 6.8 box. I think I've done my 6.9 update, maybe they didn't mention it there, or I've read right past it.

Couldn't find it in the docs, but Product Support did confirm time sync to a 3300 (5.1) works in Ops 6.9.

It was in the FCI for the latest relase under work arounds. I could n't find which release the fix was in, but We have ourselves and a few customer that are using the time sync.
