clock malfunction

hi all,

i connected the public isdn to md110 bc11.md 110 is slave and other site (public exchange) master.Everything is ok.I receive clock other site (public exchange).No alarm in the system.Equipment position 1-1-00.

At the same time to add one card (tlu76).The position is 1-1-30.Tlu 76 connected the ivr system.Isdn e1.So md110 master ,ivr slave.

Varo parameter is 043140000. 3 master.Licence EXTERNAL-LINE-ISDN-USR FAL104464 60 60 But i received clock error the ivr system.274

someone can help me about the configuration that i have to know?

Well you set the varo to master, IVR is master. You should set it to slave. D3 is 3, change it to slave -terminal. This is because you are clocking off the public then IVR should be clocking off the MD. Tell the IVR techs to change their system to slave and take the clock from MD. Your D3 will be 4.
