Here is a description of the error message. I think I would start looking at my clock status and see what's going on. You may have a faulty clock controller. What kind of switch is this and what type of clock controllers do you have?

CLKC0300 data The CLKC background audit has changed the card state. In the cases where
the card was previously enabled and now is no longer enabled, another CLKC
message will indicate the reason for the state change. When making a state
transition due to a fatal error on the card, the reason for the fatal error is
displayed in this message. This is an informational message and requires no
action by the craftsperson.

Hi KCFLHRC,

tnx for your time. im using option 61c and NTRB53AA CLKC CARD. Honestly, i'm just new to Nortel System, but i know some of the basic programmings. i have noticed that the CLCK Card has a red LED light and after a seconds another led light turns to green and the error/informational message appears. What happen if i disable the card through the enable and disable cardswitch? and how to configure it if im going to uninstall or change the card? what LD that i use to check the status of the card? and pls tell me the function of this card? pls. simplify the steps sir. Apologies for my lack of knowledge.

In a 61C you have 2 clock controllers. 1 in shelf 0 and 1 in shelf 1. The NTRB53 is the newest Downloadable clock controller card you can get. The commands are in LD 60 for the clock controller. They are also connected by a cable and there are also cables going from the clock controller out to the T1 cards. Clock 0 is in shelf 0 and Clock 1 is in shelf 1. Only 1 clock controller is active at a time. A green LED indicates that is the active clock controller. A red LED would indicate that it is disabled. If all LED's are out then that clock controller is in standby waiting to take over. Here a few of the commands and their description.

SSCK 0 will query clock controller 0
SSCK 1 will query clock controller 1
ENL CC 0 will enable clock controller 0
ENL CC 1 will enable clocl controller 1
DIS CC 0 will disable clock controller 0
DIS CC 1 will disable clock controller 1

With the NTRB53 you have a new command that will force download the clock controller

ENL CC 0 FDL will force download clock controller 0
ENL CC 1 FDL will force download clock controller 1

Always software disable the card before flipping the switch off and unseating the card.

Hope this helps.
