Clipper on Windows 2003 Server or XP with Advantage - still needed

Hallo!

I am probably one of the last dinosaurs, but I still need this DOS Clipper 5.2 on Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP with Advantage Database Server. Now I am on XP and installed Advantage Database Server 11 and Clipper Client and ADSDOSIP. But when I try to start ADSDOSIP, it says "CNetBIOS::Create AddName failed. Error Code 35". What can it mean? I know very well, Advantage Clipper Client can run well on everything with NT - Win NT4, Win2000, Win XP and 2003. Windows 10 is not acceptable. But what the reason of this problem on XP? Or I must install only on Server 2003?
