Hi

Not sure where to go with this..

A member of my team just "pasted" some text into an email that someone else on a different PC (same domain and subnet) "copied"

When we repeated it, it picked up someone else's "copy".

I am looking for help understanding how on earth this could have happened.
I would not have believed it, had I not seen it with my own eyes...
We have no cliboard sharing software or anything like that (so we think)but we're all administrators with eleveated privs.
Is there a feature in Office/Exchange/AD/MSTSC or some other common tool used in IT management that does this..

any one had the same?

VNC comes to mind.
Are you running any kind of VNC service on that PC?

Thanks for the reply MakeItSo VNC could be a candidate.

In case you are using Tight VNC, you can disable clipboard transfer via => Options => Disable clipboard transfer.
