Clipboard Problems

Unable to clear the memory in the clipboard. Operating System is WIN2000, Using Office 2000 Professional. I have brought up the clipboard toolbar and delete all items from the clipboard and rebooted. I copy a new item to the clipboard and paste it into word it will come up by itself in the document but when I preview or print the page the old item will also show up with the new item at the bottom of the page cut off. It is like a "ghost image" appearing, also it is the same image everytime that show up in the preview and the printed document.

Any help would be appreciated.
