Clipboard Hot Keys

Can anyone recommend a good program to assign commonly used text strings to hot keys? Actually I don't want a program that you have to run everytime you start the computer. I want it to run in the system try or whatever automatically and always keep the same text and all that. This will be used mostly in a browser that on the web-based interface for our database. Thanks!

I was looking for the same thing and came across this

http://softvoile.com/flashpaste/

It works pretty good and keeps it open in you system tray. You can pre populate it with whatever text you want.
