Hi,
I have a Windows 2000 terminal server with thin clients connecting to it from an office about 40 miles from my site. When users try to create a Word document using cilpart they get the following error:
Microsoft Clip Organizer
Not enough memory. Try closing other applications or restarting the computer.
Not enough storage is available to complete this operation.
Error Code 0x8007000E
I found KB 821257 and called msft as suggested, they sent me a patch that did not fix the problem, the patch didn't even work. Now they want to charge $250 to fix troubleshoot the problem. I figured there must be someone here that has come across this problem, anyone here know how I can get this problem fixed? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
RS
