I'm new to AE. Downloaded the trial version of 6.5. I have a Matrox RTX.100 system. Did some testing by applying effects in AE and export back to Premiere. When I view it in premiere the clip is kind of "jerky" and doen't have that "flow" the orginal clip has. Can anyone tell me why is it like that? Is there a way to emliminate the jerk and still maintain the qulaity of original clip even after applying effects in AE.

This is what I did: I exported the clip I want to aplly effects as AVI from premiere, then imported the clip and AE; applied the effects and export back to AVI. I also tired exporting as .MOV file but the "jerk" still exsists. Aalso tired different frame rates (29.97 fps, 60 fps) but that didn't correct it as well. Am I doing this right? Or is there a better way to exchange clips between Premiere and AE without lose of quality? Thanks for ur help!
