Clip greeting on SIP integrated MM

Have a 5.2 MM EX system that is Direct SIP to 2007 Exchange. Have a few mailbox users that are hearing their greeting clipped. This MM is on Service Pack 8 patch 2. Their CM recently was upgraded to 5.2.1 although the Tier 4 patch hasn't been loaded yet. We are also seeing multiple 1780 port maint required events without the corresponding events (1705, 1719 & 1781) posted. Any ideas?
