Clients don't get newer versions of Macfee or EPO Agent

I've just upgraded to 3.0 SP2 and it looks like not all of my 3.1.1.92 agents are upgrading to 3.1.2.242 aswell. Bit of a pain as the new agent (where installed) seems to work much better than previous versions.
Perhaps another "bug"? ePO doesn't seem to be the most reliable product I have to say.
Running on:
Compaq DL360 / 4GB RAM
Windows 2003 Standard Edition
ePO 3.0 SP2
Currently supporting 1900 agents - soon to be 3500
