Good morning

I have a strange problem here at work I have been following.
At a couple of our remote sites, we randomly have users losing connection from the Exchange server. I have looked into the excessive connections issue with 2003 (default of 32 simultaneous connections) but it is not related to that.
What I have found is that when this happens, I cannot ping the client PC from the email server, and I cannot ping the email server from the client. All other users on site are not affected. The affected client can still get to the other hosted servers (hosted through the same site as the email server), and there are no errors logged in their event viewer, or the server event log.
The only way to get them going again, is to exclude that IP they have from reservation in DHCP, and get them to either repair their network connection or reboot so that it picks up a new IP - they can then connect. Note that it has affected three different sites, and several different staff - we have no internal firewall between sites.
Has anyone got any ideas that I can try to further troubleshooting?
Brett
