Clientele 7.2 Developer can't access form design

I log-in as the "developer" user to make forms changes. Received following message: "The form set is already checked out to you, but the appropriate design lock is missing from the local setup database. You may have already checked out the form set from another workstation."
My guess is that a log-out was not correctly done after having "checked-out" a form. I've found an entry in the DesignLock table for developer - removing it hasn't proved sucessful. I don't know what entry in the local setup.mdb it's expecting to see. My guess is that it isn't set and that's why the error. How do I reset the locks so that I can access forms in Design mode.

No sooner than I post this request than I find a Macro in the Ctel.mdb for resetting the DesignLock. The good news is that it worked!
