Client32 reinstall issue

Hey all,

My GM is having trouble with Client32. I was going remove and reinstall the software but when I tried to remove the Client32 software but it didn't remove everything. I can go into Add/Remove Programs and Client32 isn't there, but there is still a red "N" in the system tray that I can right-click and get options. I tried reinstalling Client 32 and I get the following error message:

"an unknown error 0x00000001 (1) occurred while installing novell client"

Any ideas on how to get Client32 reinstalled on my GM's laptop??? The laptop is a ThinkPad with XP Pro SP2, and the client software is v4.91 SP3.

As I recall, for XP the client is removed via control panel, network connections.

Getting answers before I'm asked.
Providing answers if I can.

Thanks ThunderForest, I got it anyway. I'm not sure what it was but when I checked later all was well. Go figure...
