Will the old Netware Client work with OES, you do you need to uninstall it, and then install the new OES Client?

The client is pretty much the same and 'should work' but you're probably at least going to want to update, I'm sure you could find backward compatibility issues and things that don't work with older clients.. But it's a simple upgrade, just download the latest and install, no need to uninstall older version.
