Client White on Black settings for Visually Impaired ?

Is there a way to set the Notes Client (5.0.12) so the default text is white on a black background?? I have a visually impaired client, her basic settings for the PC are for large white text on a black background - I can make Notes Client fonts larger (character_size_adjustment=#) or something like that, but we really need to be able reverse the light and dark. The iNotes client is totally unuseable at the Accessible display settings using IE6.
