Client version

Can anyone tell me if client 4.11b for NT 4.0 works on a 5.1 network. I understand it should work, but I am having some problems with it. Just wondering if it's just me or not. Thanks.

Why don't you upgrade to the latest NetWare Client for NT? is there a specific reason for keeping existing client version?

Please advise.

I do plan on upgrading the client. I am in the middle of upgrading our network (11 servers) from NW 4.11 to NW 5.1. If our current client works with 5.1, I would just as soon wait until all 4.11 servers are upgraded before I do the client upgrade. If not, I will plan on it right away.

Its a fairly old Client version, but as long as you have at least IPX (...in addition to TCPIP) running on your 5.1 Server, it should work.
