IP Office Server edition on latest R9 Release, client is using Lync 2013 add-in, they're dialling from outlook, this works fine, however a lot of their numbers are stored like- (0) 20 8600 3865 or for international dialling it's (0) 353 384 and so on, when the client clicks to dial these numbers, the phone won't dial it. I've told the client that it's the bracket and they'll just have to enter the number into the handset manually in these cases, or change their database- is there anything i can do my side so the system can process this number layout?
