I have recently installed NAV CE 8.0. All of my server in SSC have been updated. None of the clients are receiving the update from it's parent server. Any ideas. I can manually go out to each client and it works fine but who wants to do that? Any help greatly appreciated. Also, I have three or four servers in SSC that are showing disabled after the upgrade. What may cause this? Thanks again.

Try resending the GRC.dat file by pressing the &quot;Reset All&quot; button in Client Realtime Options in the SSC. Also, make sure that the server's registry contains the correct IP address for the server. Browse your registry (regedit) and go to the key HKLM\Software\Landesk\Virusprotect6\currentversion\ addressCache\<server-name>. Look under Address_0 and count 16 values over. Translate this to decimal format using a hex-translator ( This should match the ip address of your server.

I've experienced the same problem as you and if the above doesn't fix it, you might have to do them manually. I found it easier to make a batch file that copies the GRC.dat to the appropriate spot on the client. Makes life a litter easier.
