Client Tools for MimeSweeper 5.3 installation problem

Hello there

I am having a problem when i am installing the client tools on my PC for MimeSweeper 5.3.
I have installed the pre reqs for it and am up to the actual tools but when i get to putting the server name and credentials in to it it comes up with an error

Setup was unable to contact Primary Server

Please check that you have access rights to the specified server, and that the MimeSweeper for SMTP Infrastructure service is running.

I have access to the server as i am running the installer from the local drive of it. I can ping it and i can remote control it though.
I am currently running Windows 7 Professional on my PC. Could this be a problem?

Any advice MUCH appreciated.
