My developer has just about finished my site:

One problem, I noticed that pages he developed
are not caching in the temporary internet files
directory on my client machine, which I want,
to decrease load time on my pages. Any help
would be appreciated.

Use wget or telnet to retrieve the URL and look at the headers to see if he has put Cache-Control directives in them. Or just ask him.
