Client Rules in Outlook VBA 1

Hi all

Running Outlook 2007 in our organisation. I have several client rules that, for one reason or another, must remain client rules.

The main account I use is an IMAP account.

The issue is that the rules only work intermittently. I've followed every suggestion I can find on the 'net to ensure that there's nothing wrong with the rules themselves. In common with all these articles my rules work perfectly when I run them manually.

Without the option of recording a macro in outlook (grr!) can someone please provide some outlook VBA direction/code for running client rules at set intervals and/or with a macro button?

And then if you can't get what you need there, there is a site dedicated to nothing but Outlook VBA solutions which I've used to find a few solutions myself in the past.. though I honestly haven't bothered much with Outlook VBA... but a little:

I am interested in this delima. I've got several rules on my work machine, for Outlook, and I've had the same issue at times - where one rule or another would not run. Sometimes, I've fixed it by removing someone in the "if it's from these people" list, and it'd work... b/c they had left the company or whatever.
