While setting up Outlook2002 you have the choice of using
POP or Microsoft Exchange for getting your mail. If you
choose POP you have a setting to leave mail on the server.
If you use the Microsoft Exchange as a connector you no
longer have this option. Each time you open the client all
your mail is removed from the server to the client. This is a issue because we use both web and client mail. POP does not give us access to the GAL or Calendars.

change the default delivery for messages to be the exchange server instead of a PST file
all your mail will be stored on the server

use offline synchronisation to have your mail available offline too

Our ISP will only allow us to send 25 e-mails at a time. We need to send up to 1500 news letters. I have looked at Infacta, but they don't suport SSL. Do I need software to accomplish this with Exchange? Or is there a suggestion as to where to research this further?
