Client Printers Don't Autocreate

Has anyone seen an issue where client printers don't autocreate? People log into the servers and all they get are any of local default printers that are on the servers.

are the appropriate drivers on the server....?

Yes...This is not an everytime thing. It happens probably 2-3 times week. Reboot the server and everything is fine.
