Several users, but not all users, at different locations, are experiencing a PC “freeze”, followed by a black screen, then a PC reboot while in Citrix. PCs are running W2K or W98. We are running Metaframe XP on the Citrix box. We upgraded to XP about 45 days ago and we did not have this problem before then. Any thoughts?

Client PCs Freeze, crash, & reboot

Make sure that client pc's don't have powermanagement functions running like harddisks that stop spinning or pc's that go into 'sleepingmode' after some idle time. This kills citrix sessions and applications, like database clients do not like that!
