So we're working with this rather large company
and we're subscribing to one of their data services.
New data appears every few minutes or so. The data
is also delivered to other subscribers (which are not
connected to us)

They use Websphere MQ, and want us to run a Websphere
MQ server as well, so that they can connect to
our queue manager and put data on the queue.

It seems to me they should be setting up a "topic"
and we should be "subscribing" to it (as a client).
When asked about this they say they don't engage in
warehousing "our data" at their end.

Does their attitude / configuration make sense? Sure, we
can make things work the way it is, but I would like to
know.

Thanks

Will
