Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. We are looking at upgrading our heldesk facilty for fault and project management anyone got some advice of products they are using that they are happy with.

I know its off topic LOL.

Yes we have VoIP in Cape Town
 
We use a home made ticket and HRM system.
It is a webbased tool connected to a database.
But i f i know where you are from then perhaps i can help you a little bit.

We are based in South Africa. We need something that also has SLA rules built in. Most system are aimed at IT and Telephony industry is different in the way to manage calls and client information. Thanks for replying.

I am in the Netherlands.
I guess the guy who made it might find this a bit too far away from home.
You need to find somebody who can program a tool for you.
There is not really something that will fit all.
