Client for Win Mobile 5 Will Not Install

I recently replaced my HTC based PDA/Phone with a newer model, the 8125 from Cingular. I downloaded the latest client CESETUP.EXE from My Citrix and installed to the PC, however when it synced with the PDA the following came up on the PDA"s screen:

Failed to Register wficaObj.dll

then refused to install further. I couldn't pull up anything related via Google thus thought to inquire here.
