Client drive mapping problem

I have a very strange problem....

I have 5 MF1.8 sp3 servers running in a farm w/ published application, up until about a week ago the client drive mapping worked fine. However just recently the client drives started showing up in My Computer but were inaccessable, if you click on the drive it opens an empty window. I have checked the client settings and MAP CLIENT DRIVES at logon is set. Even more strange, I can type NET USE W: \\CLIENT\A$ and get the W: drive mapped and see the client's A: drive but cannot get the standard client mapping to work.... this is normally not a problem but I need access to a client A: drive as A within a MF session.

Thanks.

Everyone who logs in, on any of the servers. Even Admins.

I think I may understand what's happening, but I might be confused. Try this: login to citrix. At the bottom of your screen, right click on the citrix window that appears in your task bar (near the start menu). A window should appear. Select "Client Security Status." In that window, select "full access" and "never ask me again for any application."

If I understood your problem right, that should fix it. This is only with client drives, correct?

If you need me to be more clear, just drop a line.

You're the man! We have all the servers setup to auto-upgrade the clients and I remember this dialog box several weeks ago when the upgrade occurred, apparently I didn't pay attention when saying NO ACCESS - and neither did anyone else.

Thanks again.

eeehmmm, the woman... actually, i prefer lady. ;) just glad that it worked!
