Client Desktop Connection

Until recently external users could connect to their desktop pc's via RWW.

However, now when they try to connect it comes back with the error "Connectivity to the remote computer could not be established....." Can connect to the server desktop though.

All correct ports are forwarded on the router - 80,443,444,1725,4125

Anything happen recently? New equipment, like a firewall or firewall update? Did someone re-run the CEICW? Did you change ISPs?

Not that I know of

I can't even connect to the desktops via RWW locally.

Anyone know what this could mean?
