Is there a command line that I can enter on a Legato client to see all the backup schedules for that client?

Not really. You may use nsradmin but this is an interactive job.

Take nsradmin -i <filename>. With -i option nsradmin will take your input commands out of the file. You don´t see a interactive prompt. I.e. your file can have: print type: NSR pool. So if you are calling nsradmin -i <filename> you will see in this case only all pools.
