Under:
Systems Management Server, Site Datebase, Site Hierarchy, Site Name, Site Settings , Client Agents

I only have the following items
Hardware Inventory Client Agent
Software Inventory Client Agent
Adverstised Programs Client Agent
Software Metering Clients Agents
Device Clients Agent

I belive i should also have Remote Tools Client Agent, but this is missing so i cant configure the options.

SMS 2003 SP3, Remote tools are installed on all machines.

I think you have to select it at the initial setup of SMS, if not you have to re-run the setup and include that option
