Client Agent Problem

Hi,

I'm running Arcserve 2000 Advanced with SP4 on a W2000 Adv Server and backing up a W2000 Adv member server. I have the client and open file agents running on it. I just started recieving the following error message:

"Client Agent empty buffer event"

I have to bounce my member server then the backup continues.

Any help in resolving this is greatly appreciated.

This could be a because the Client Agent has got confused for some reason...

The best thing would be to uninstall the client agent, clear out the directory structure,and the registry .

reinstall the agent and repatch with sp4.

apply patch qo27937.caz - for Open file agents
