Client Add-In: Voice Player - Access is Denied??

Anybody else run into this when using either the Lotus Notes client or Microsoft Outlook Client add in when getting the system to send the messages to your phone that you get a pop up saying "access is denied". Ive ran into this on both clients in the past week.

They must be using XP with service pack 2. There is a patch or
realy a new plugin on the support website that will take care of that.

Ken I did find it, its PSN134, however when I log into my SSO and try and download it, it says its unavailable probably because with the latest release Client they supposedly addressed the issue, but they didnt. Do you have this patch saved anywhere that I may obtain from you?

I have it but it is 18 meg not sure why it will not let you download it as it lets me from the download page.

Is it located in the download center? I go to MM2.0 and it shows PSN134 however when I click on it to download it tells me there is nothing to download. Am I looking at the right thing?
