Client Access with National Language Support

Using VB-program together with Client Access for DB2 on Windows NT.

The query "select ... substring(xxx,1,30) ..." is working fine when the PC (Windows NT) is working in English mode but not in Swedish mode. In swedish ,1 is regarded as a decimal value.

Error code is Code #-2147467259 Token ,1 was not valid...
